Where is my order / how do I track it?

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link. You can also track your order from your Echo Vinyl account under “My Orders”.

What is your return policy for damaged or warped records?

If your record arrives damaged or unplayable, contact us within X days with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund according to our Returns Policy.

How do you grade preowned vinyl?

We use standard Goldmine grading (NM, VG+, VG, G). You can read our full grading breakdown on the Product Questions page.
