Shipping Policy

At Echo Vinyl (“we,” “us,” “our”), we pack and ship orders quickly and carefully to help your records arrive safely.
Shipping Carriers & Services
We ship primarily through USPS. Available shipping options (and pricing) are shown at checkout and may include:
USPS Media Mail
USPS Ground Advantage
USPS Priority Mail
Other USPS services as available
Order Processing (Handling Time)
Most orders ship the same business day when placed in time for carrier pickup. Otherwise, orders typically ship within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During peak periods, weather events, or carrier disruptions, processing may take slightly longer.
Media Mail (Important Information)
USPS Media Mail is a cost-effective option commonly used for eligible items like vinyl records and certain printed media.
Please note:
Media Mail is typically slower than other USPS services.
USPS may inspect Media Mail packages to confirm eligibility.
If non-eligible items are included, USPS may charge postage due or adjust the shipping method.
Transit Times
Transit time begins after your order is handed off to USPS. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and vary by destination, holidays, and carrier conditions.
Typical delivery estimates:
Media Mail: often 2–8 business days (can take longer)
Ground Advantage: often 2–5 business days
Priority Mail: often 1–3 business days
Packaging & Protection
Vinyl records are shipped in sturdy record mailers with a bumper zone (protective reinforcement) to help minimize movement and reduce the chance of corner dings—so your shipment arrives worry-free.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:
package weight and dimensions
selected USPS service
destination address
Tracking
If tracking is available for your chosen service, a tracking number will be emailed to you once the order ships (and may also appear in your account order details).
Address Accuracy
Please confirm your shipping address before submitting your order. Echo Vinyl is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned due to an address issue, we may:
refund the order minus shipping charges, or
offer reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply)
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is accepted by USPS, delivery timing is managed by the carrier. If your package is delayed, please check the tracking status first.
If your order appears lost or arrives damaged:
Contact us at support@echovinyl.com within 7 days of the last tracking update (lost) or delivery date (damage).
Include your order number and photos (for damage claims).
We’ll work with you to file a carrier claim when applicable and provide a fair resolution.
