When will my order ship?

Most orders ship the same business day when placed in time for USPS pickup. Otherwise, orders typically ship within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

What shipping services do you use?

We ship primarily through USPS, including:

  • Media Mail

  • Ground Advantage

  • Priority Mail
    Available options and rates are shown at checkout.

What’s the difference between Media Mail and other services?

Media Mail is a lower-cost option for eligible media items like vinyl records, but it’s usually slower than Ground Advantage or Priority Mail. USPS may also inspect Media Mail packages to confirm eligibility.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order ships:

  • Media Mail: often 2–8 business days (can take longer)

  • Ground Advantage: often 2–5 business days

  • Priority Mail: often 1–3 business days

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes—if tracking is available for your selected service, we’ll email your tracking number once your order ships (and it may also appear in your account order details).

How are records packaged?

We ship albums in sturdy record mailers with a bumper zone to help protect corners and reduce movement in transit for worry-free delivery.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If you contact us quickly, we’ll do our best to help. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

What if my package is delayed?

Carrier delays can happen due to weather, holidays, or USPS network conditions. Please check the tracking link first—many delays resolve as USPS scans the package through the network.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us at support@echovinyl.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number

  • photos of the packaging and the item(s)

We’ll work with you on the best resolution.

What if my package shows delivered but I didn’t receive it?

First, check around your delivery area and with anyone else at your address. Then contact your local post office with the tracking number. If you still can’t locate it, email us and we’ll help you take next steps.
